If you see a red dot on an email, it means the email hasn't beenmacedonia phone number delivered yet. However, a green dot indicates that the email has arrived in the user's inbox.
To resend the unsent welcome email, click on the View Log option.

At this point, the logs for each email will be displayed.
Click the resend button
A pop-up window will appear.
Simply enter the recipient's email address and click the "Yes" button to resend the email.

Later, if you see multiple emails not being delivered, you can use the bulk resend feature in the Email Log screen.
Check the box next to the email you want to resend. Next, select the Resend option from the bulk action drop-down menu.

That's it! WP Mail SMTP will resend the welcome email and any other emails that failed to reach the new user.
