Workshop by Roberto Pérez Marijuan at Trainers for the future

Roberto Perez Marijuán , in his workshop on defining the business model for a freelance trainer, helped attendees think like small business owners with dynamics such as the “Time Closet” or the “teaching talent circle” at the personal organizational level. With the application of the “trainer model canvas” he helped us define the value proposition of a trainer to the market and relate it to internal and external activities related to sources of income, costs and key activities.


Juan Garcia Couselo was unable to attend in person, but he sent us a video in which he shared his vision of his use of the Padlet tool to generate content. His composition of a conceptual map allowed us to learn about the configuration options and the use of the functionalities of this collaborative whiteboard.
