Our colleagues at Alumne Knowledge have captured their experience in training companies in a document in which they outline the 8 trends that should guide us in 2019 if we want to maximize the educational effort in organizations . I encourage you to download the study and comment on it in this post , we can generate debate about which of these 'essentials' seem most important to you.
Digital transformation
Agile methodologies
New e-learning (micro-learning and gamification)
Stories and games
Microlearning
Technology is not the first thing
Digital training in internal processes
Workshop on Eduthink
The way to direct the way of thinking to reach conclusions in group work is very important in education. At Digital Corner, a workshop on Manual Think was proposed that is very interesting to apply in classrooms. In groups, we worked with adhesive labels with individual thoughts that, when extrapolated to the group and to the group as a whole, gave different conclusions to a common problem. Composing methodologies, using this and others such as Visual Thinking, provides new techniques for teachers.
Classroom of the future .
We were particularly interested in the benin phone data presentation by Alberto Alameda, intef ambassador for this project . In a simple and clear talk he showed us how to modify the layout of a classroom and how to integrate new tools, for example the use of tablets to achieve better results . If you are interested, I recommend you download the “virtual classroom Lab” toolkit and revolutionize your classroom.
Technology experts panel .
It was not a single panel, but rather several presentations, very clarifying on essential topics to keep up to date. Carried out by members of the Online Teaching area of the Autonomous University of Madrid, they touched on hot topics such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics or Cybersecurity.
