Stephanie Zhan The simulation strategy is very interesting. Why do you think most industries are still very focused on real-world data and are adopting the opposite strategy? Jim Fan Yes, I think we need all kinds of data. Relying on simulations or real-world data alone is not enough. So at GER (Embodied Agent Research Group), we roughly divide our data strategy into three parts: The first is data on the Internet, like tags and videos online.



The second is simulation data. We use data. The third is cameroon phone numbers real robot data, which we collect and record by operating the robot on the robot platform. I believe that a successful robot strategy should effectively utilize these three types of data, combine them, and provide a unified solution. Can you talk more about your belief in this point of view and what great data is needed to break through this problem? Jim Fan Okay, I think there are advantages and disadvantages to each of the three different types of data that I just mentioned. The first is Internet data, which is the most diverse and contains a large amount of common sense prior knowledge. For example, most videos online are centered on people, because we like to take selfies and record each other doing various activities, and there are also a lot of educational videos.
