I'm so proud of the entire SquadS Ventures team. It was amazing to see them working for #InnovationTechWeek.

Commitment is the key word, as well as Collaboration and Trust.

I will describe each of them within the example of what this great event was.

Without a team that enjoys building, this would not be possible.

Team Commitment
At the recent #InnovationTechWeek, the SquadS Ventures team demonstrated a level of commitment and dedication that made me proud.

Not only in the organization, but also in their willingness to give and serve those who attended our events.

Here are three key aspects that stood out:

The willingness to serve and help in all necessary tasks.
The importance of being in the details and putting your colombia telephone number data body into it.
Connection and humanization through conversation.
These elements not only reflect a strong culture, but are also essential to the success of any venture.

The Culture of Engagement at SquadS
During #InnovationTechWeek, I witnessed how the team organized itself to be present at each of the 50 events, taking on different roles.

From serving food, bringing drinks up and down, to shopping and moving chairs, everyone was willing to give their best.

We could have hired people to do these tasks, but nothing compares to being in the detail and putting your body into it.
