EO Argentina Strategic Planning and Mentoring

Tired but happy to have had the Planning session of the new Board of EO Argentina, which takes office on July 1st and is chaired by Leandro Chennales.
Together with Roger we will work in the Mentoring chair .
This is just the beginning of a journey full of challenges and learnings, and I want to share with you what this experience was like and what awaits us in the future.

Strategic planning is essential for any organization, and at EO Argentina it is no exception. It allows us to align our objectives, define our priorities, and establish a clear path to success. During our recent planning session, we discussed several key aspects that will help us achieve our goals:
Definition of clear and measurable objectives
Identifying challenges and opportunities
Allocation of resources and responsibilities

EO ArgentinaThe day began on Thursday with a welcome dinner, where all Board members had the opportunity to get to know each other better and share our expectations for the future of Entrepreneurs' Organization in the country. It was a moment of camaraderie and connection, which laid the groundwork for the deeper discussions we would have the following day.
The next day, we had intensive work sessions. We discussed in depth our priorities, objectives and indicators for the coming year for each of the areas.
These sessions were led by Gilberto Crombe, who guided us through a structured process to outline our strategies and initiatives for the next 12 months.
