Ewa recently joined a global organization as an Associate Functional Consultant in the Customer Support department.

TALENT DAYS: Hi Ewa! Thanks for bc data philippines
taking the time to chat. Starting with your beginnings, what was your vision for the future when you started looking for a job?
EWA: Hi, thank you for the invitation! My vision for the future when I was looking for a job was mainly focused on finding a position that would allow me to explore new areas and develop my language skills. I was looking for opportunities to develop my knowledge of foreign languages, such as German, English or Czech. It was important to me that the new job would allow me to use these skills and expand my professional experience in an international work environment.
Talent Days job fair - Ewa's experiences
TALENT DAYS: You managed to find a job that develops your language skills at Talent Days – great! The Talent Match program also contributed to this – how did you find out about it and what were your experiences at the job fairs?
EWA: I found out about Talent Match by accident while signing up for a job fair in Wrocław – that's when I came across your career speed dating. My experiences after participating in Talent Days have been very positive – in addition to individual conversations with employers, I actively participated in exploring other employers' stands, which allowed me to get to know the job market and the variety of offers better. It was the first time I had participated in such an event, but in my opinion the whole setting and organization was at a very high level.
TALENT DAYS: After some time, do you see any advantages of job fairs and Talent Match over applying online?
EWA: Definitely! The advantage of job fairs and Talent Match over online applications is the possibility of direct contact with employers, which allows you to better present your skills and get to know the organizational culture of the company. Additionally, you can get a quick answer to questions about the job offer and the employer's requirements. On the other hand, applying online is often one big unknown - just waiting for a message from the recruiter and browsing dozens of ads a day. The advantage of job fairs is very visible.
