It is important for every speaker to know how much the audience liked their presentation. And it is important for the organizer to understand which speakers the audience liked more. If there are 2 or 3 speakers at an event, feedback can be collected using additional questionnaires or forms available via QR codes after each presentation. However, even hong kong email list these simple actions burden the guests of the event and distract them from solving their own problems. And if there are many speakers at an event, people will simply ignore feedback requests. Therefore, our specialists added the “Rate the speaker” function to the electronic ticket. This field contains only 2 questions: speaker (select with choice) and rating. Thus, between speeches, the host asks to open the same link where the guests asked their questions and watched the program, and perform an additional action: select a speaker from the list and rate it. It is easy for the guest to do this, and it is convenient to work in one interface throughout the entire event. We received speaker ratings from 99 out of 204 guests of the event who were in the hall. Half of the audience gave feedback.goodevent08.jpg
Collection of applications from event visitors
There is an opportunity to develop and add other forms for communication with listeners. For example, on the “Sales Territory” we created the “I have a task!” form and offered visitors to fill in the tasks they came to the forum to solve. For us, this was a customer base with urgent and described needs that needed to be processed first. For customers, it was a way to quickly leave a request and close the need.goodevent01.jpg
