Caution: colleagues on the prowl

Communities can be largely self-sufficient, but they do not automatically become lively, familiar and interesting, a place to be . Guiding in the background by occasionally inspiring and feeding discussions is not a luxury if a community really wants to thrive.

My own doubts lie in the hesitation to post something. Nowhere else do you sit with colleagues so close together and every letter is so printed, I experience. With everything I post, I am aware that x colleagues will read it. That can influence how people see me in my work and expertise. So I watch out for too many hobbyhorses. I dose my ideas carefully and do not talk about things outside of work. That has everything to do with safety in the corporate culture.
That 'weakness' of being looked at is at the same time the strength. The forms of brother cell phone list interaction in the conversations grow more or less automatically. Where an organization naturally creates all kinds of partitions and information disappears into silos, short lines suddenly arise. It is as if you are standing at all the coffee machines at the same time . The condition is that there is participation from top to bottom in order to be able to create that cross-section. Then beautiful things can arise. Incidentally, Yammer also offers the possibility to create groups. For me, that conjures up the nightmare of an organization that virtually reproduces its partitions. In practice it is an enrichment: broad where possible, in groups where a specific focus is desired.
