What is corporate storytelling?

This way of doing things is extremely common and is replicated by many companies.

This is a classic method that people are now accustomed to.

But telling the story of a company goes much further.

A product/service has specific functions , it has been designed with specific purposes.

People are not interested in the good in and of itself.

Consumers choose it based on a motivation, for the elements that distinguish it from others.

There are very few companies that manage to subvert this pattern and tell their story in a different way. But they are the ones that manage to gain a position in the mind of the consumer.

Storytelling starting from the motivation (the Why ) helps to create a relationship, stimulates empathy, makes people identify with the protagonist of your story.

Consumers do not choose the pasta you produce because it has a certain shape, but they choose the sense of satisfaction after eating it, sharing it with others, the connection with a place or a memory.

Corporate storytelling has specific objectives :

to interest people,
involve,
stimulate a reaction.
To achieve its goal, a company must be able to tell its story with 360-degree communication.

When a brand chooses not to do storytelling, it misses a great opportunity to connect with its customers, employees and partners.
