Competitor insights

Reliable "insider" information about competitors is a powerful tool for marketers and salespeople. But there is a difficulty here - it is usually not easy to get such information, because other companies do not write everything on their websites. Therefore, insights from former customers of competitors or leads who are choosing between you and them are worth their weight in gold. And you can also extract such "gold" by listening to conversations.
