In the Properties menu, click the Security tab at the top, then click the Advanced button.
In the window that appears, enter Administratorsand click the "OK" button.
Click OK again to close the Properties window and open it again once the changes have been applied.
Go to the Security tab again and in the list of users, click india telegram data Administrators. Then click the Edit button.
In the list of permissions, click Full Control and click OK. Repeat the steps for the SYSTEM account, making sure it has Read and Execute permissions.
Note: If there are no entries, you will need to manually add Administrators and SYSTEM.
Click OK before restarting your computer and checking the Windows Update page.
Fix 9: Perform a clean boot.
Open the Start menu, type msconfigand click System Configuration.
In the System Configuration tool, click the Services tab, and then select the Hide all Microsoft services check box.
Then click the Disable All button to disable all non-Microsoft services.
Then click the Startup tab at the top and then Open Task Manager.
