to build your own program. So here, we will offer you the four steps and then we will make you a proposal for a standard program that you can test for yourself.

The first step is to determine your daily learning time while being realistic. You know that I am a big supporter of the kaizen spirit, that is to say, seeking regularity, regular progress rather than great progress that rarely happens. So, it is better to practice 15 minutes a day from Monday to Friday rather than practicing 2 hours every Sunday.

The idea here, before building your program, is to think realistically about the frequency of work that you will be able to have. How many minutes per day will you be able to allocate to your learning of French? Be honest with yourself. If you take your work time, your family time, your leisure time and you only have 15-20 minutes left per day, well be honest and accept that you will only be able to allocate 15-20 minutes per day to your learning.

You can use your downtime to practice, that is, all those moments of your day when your body is busy but your mind is free, that is, you can listen to content in French when you are on the bus, when you are shopping, when you are jogging, when you are walking the dog, when you are in your car, etc. There are plenty of downtimes that you can use, so include them in the time you are going to allocate to your learning.

Finally, decide if you want to take a weekly break. You can choose to work on French only from Monday to Friday or from Tuesday to Saturday, it doesn't matter. If you want to take a day off, two iraq whatsapp number data days off, no problem, but plan it from the beginning to have a program that is really complete. Here, it's up to you to decide. If you need to work seven days to feel good, do it; if you want to take a day off, well, don't feel bad about it, it's completely OK.

Second step, second tip: take great care to always respect your schedule. This is the hardest part, but without it, without this persistence, nothing will work for you. That's why we were telling you earlier that you have to be realistic. If you tell yourself: "Okay, I'm going to work 2 hours a day from Monday to Sunday" but in reality, you only manage to work 30 minutes, you're going to be disappointed and you're going to give up. So, be really realistic. We insist on that.
