Provide a link to quality images

Tip: Remember that stories have long lead times. For newspapers, pitch your story several days before your planned publication date. For magazines, think months ahead. If you wait until November or December to pitch a story that's relevant to Christmas, you won't get the attention you want because the magazine will have already filled its pages with other stories.

Photos are an important part of any article or media coverage, whether in a magazine or online. Include a link to quality product photos or images that journalists can download. Your image database should include:

A photo of a person who is “the face of your business”
Some images of the product
Images of the product in use, if applicable
Your company logo (in vector and jpg format if possible)
