Nested groups
SeaTable has supported data grouping since version 1.0. The current version offers a massive improvement to this popular function: In SeaTable 2.2, data can be grouped by up to three columns. Groups on the second and third level are shown as subgroups of the higher level. Of course, aggregated column values such as sum or average are automatically calculated and displayed for these subgroups. Especially in combination with filters and sorting, grouping becomes an even more powerful analysis tool.
Another minor improvement related to groups: when cambodia rcs data exporting a view to Excel, the groups are also exported. In previous versions, the export function did not take groups into account.
Cascading single selection fields
Did you already ask yourself in the introduction what cascading selection fields are? Here is the explanation: With cascading selection fields, the value in a higher-level selection field determines the options available in a lower-level selection field. To clarify, here is a fictitious example: In selection field 1 you select the continent. If you select Europe, then in the second selection field you can choose between France, Germany and Italy. But if you select Asia as the continent, then China and India are available to choose from.
