I would ask questions like this if I took my kids out to eat. Sometimes these kids have the same problem, when they eat at a restaurant they each want to order one dish at a time. Even though at home, they are not the type to eat big portions.
It's not that I don't want to order, but I don't really like it when these kids don't finish their meals. If we as customers can know how big the serving size is, it's easy to estimate how much to order. It's possible that one order can be shared by 3 people.
Like some restaurants, they will tell you how many people one dish can serve. That way you won't waste food.
(5) Can I change this dish in the set I want to choose?
Another example is when I was at the Ichiban Ramen restaurant. I noticed physician database that there was a couple set on the menu .

I plan to change one of the menus in the couple set. If possible, I would like to change something else, if possible.
But I've already guessed, the answer must be no. It's like going to a KFC restaurant. Wanting to order a dinner plate, but wanting to swap one of the chickens for a zinger burger. It's not allowed, right? If you want to do that too, they will charge the ala carte price.
Whether it's possible or not, that's the back story, at least we made the effort to ask.

Some customers like spicy food, and some customers don't like spicy food. Sometimes we can hear that some customers will order dishes like "noodle fried rice doesn't want spicy" .
I'm not sure how far the chef will follow the customer's request. Is there a level of spiciness for each dish, such as regular, extra spicy, and not spicy at all?
Or does it actually not matter what the customer asks for, the chef still prepares the food the same way?
How much is in one serving?
