The Kursk Region Administration, the Kurchatov City Administration and JSC Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions (RIS, part of the Rosatom State Corporation) have completed an important stage of digital transformation to improve public safety in the city.
As part of the project, a situation center was equipped, new city infrastructure facilities were integrated into the system, neural network video analytics was introduced, and the functionality of digital services was expanded.
As of March 2024, the city belize whatsapp number database has 36 software modules covering almost all areas of life. A pilot project for digitalization of the heat supply sector has been implemented. There are 13 smart stops in the city.
New segments have been introduced into the hardware — the city video surveillance system (9 servers) has been modernized. This has allowed over 400 city cameras, both street and installed in government institutions, to be consolidated on the basis of the situation center. To improve the efficiency of the duty personnel, neural network video analytics has been introduced: the system classifies objects and, given the specified parameters, notifies operators. Additional segments of street video surveillance have also been designed.
Much attention is paid to increasing energy efficiency, which leads to budget savings. In particular, the "Smart Meters" and "Heating" services have been implemented, and the corresponding equipment has been installed. As a result, municipal employees see resource consumption online and can manage the temperature regime in budget organizations.
