The information security malaysia whatsapp resource outsourcing market in Russia will continue to grow rapidly over the next two years at least. According to market players, the main audience will be medium-sized businesses that are subject to attacks, but at the same time do not have enough funds to create a full-fledged protection system and attract qualified personnel.

In 2024, the information security services market, as noted by the moderator of the conference "Cybersecurity as a Service: MSSP and SECaaS", CEO of AM Media LLC Ilya Shabanov, continued to grow rapidly, although the share of this segment is significantly lower than abroad, where the share of information security services, according to Gartner, in 2023 amounted to almost half of the entire information security market. In his opinion, the main driver of growth in the domestic information security services market is the shortage of personnel and competencies.

Maxim Yezhov, Head of Product Development at MSS Angara Security, added the increased complexity of security systems to the problem of personnel and skills shortages. According to his observations, one specialist can no longer service several systems at once, especially when it comes to universal security gateways (NGFW or UTM), systems for monitoring and correlating events (SIEM), or data leakage protection (DLP).

Alexander Bykov, head of the security services department at the cloud provider Nubes, noted that by placing IT infrastructure in the cloud, customers have to use information security from the cloud, and many do not even suspect this. As a result, in his opinion, many customers simply refuse to create an internal information security. According to the Nubes representative, this is especially often done by companies that previously consumed IT and information security using a service model, for example, from the structures of a foreign parent company, and this growth reserve for the entire segment has not been completely exhausted.

Head of the Cybersecurity Services Department at the Innostage integrator Ekaterina Syurtukova named the diversification of risks associated with import substitution among the drivers of the transition to the service model of information security. Alexander Bykov noted that providers have managed to accumulate more experience in operating domestic systems, including negative ones, and such experience will allow avoiding many problems and mistakes.
