Exclude access from sites with language (not set)

These two patterns are the most common and effective, so I will explain these two methods here.
Method 1: Exclude access from specific URLs
Let's eliminate access from spam site addresses that remain in the referrer field even after bot coo email list filtering is applied. It's a simple 4-step process.
1) Click "Admin > Account > All Filters"
