3 easy steps to use LinkedIn Post Inspector

Post by Abdur14 »

To clear the preview cache on LinkedIn, you just need to follow the following 3 steps:

1. Visit the official Post Inspector website

2. Enter the URL of the website you want to analyze or clear the LinkedIn cache. Once you have captured it in the box, click on the “Inspect” button to start the analysis of the website. You will then see the updated preview.

3. Re-share your URL on LinkedIn, by forcing your website to be checked with Post Inspector the cache will have been updated and you should have no further problems displaying your updated content… ideally.

If all else fails, use the old, fool belgium business email database proof method of adding a string to your code

Facebook has a tool that allows you to delete the most recent cache , however LinkedIn does not have one yet, so if the method of clearing the cache with Post Inspector did not achieve the desired results, do not worry, we still have another ace up our sleeve: add code to the end of your URL to make this task a little easier without having to wait.

1. Update the preview and title you want on your website.

2. Reload the LinkedIn page

3. Add a query string to your link . For example, our website URL is so at the end we will need to add ?latest to display the latest preview loaded on the website.
