Our consumer behaviour has changed: Google is our first choice for comparing prices and services for each new need, and many of us end up buying online . A business that does not develop an e-commerce is losing opportunities. However, making the investment profitable is not immediate and it often happens that, after a relatively large outlay, the results are discouraging: web pages that Google does not find, few visits, and practically no sales. The lack of resources and time is common for small businesses, and many do not know where to start to improve their online store . The Internet is the largest market in the world and what is displayed on it can reach millions of potential customers, a place where it is also possible for small businesses to do business.

ICEMD, the Digital Economy Institute of ESIC Business & Marketing School, will share through this Workshop: E-Commerce ROI: Keys and tools to make your online store profitable, the concepts that traditional businesses need to know in order to create an attractive showcase that serves to let the world know of its existence.

During the Workshop, ideas and tools will also be presented to make an online business profitable . Now we call it SEO, inbound marketing or lead conversion , but the process is the same as always: attract, convince and measure as the only keys to profitable online sales.

Throughout the Workshop, which will be taught by Virginia Cabrera Nocito, from the business development area for SMEs at Telefónica , and by José Luis Montesino-Espartero Ripol , CEO at ComeFruta, professors at ICEMD, strategic topics uganda phone number business profitability will also be addressed, such as the importance of talking to customers who visit the store so that they know the advantages of the products, or how to convince them to go from interest to purchase.
