"view-source:" written to the left of the URL
Note the colon at the end. And don't leave any spaces between the colon and the beginning of the URL. Like this:

You should be able to view the source code of the page. It will look like this:

Typically, meta tags are located at the top of the source code. To find the title of the page, look for a tag starting with <title> and ending with </title>.

What's between these two tags is the title of your current page.

For example :

meta title in a source code

It might look like this:

<meta name="description" content=" This is jamaica phone data your meta description .">
