In many actions of our daily life we use the terms nutrition and dietetics and in every meal we eat we are putting them into question, consuming foods that may be harmful to our body.

Knowing about nutrition means knowing the set of habits that lead us to eat, assimilating and digesting substances that allow us to stay alive and have energy.
