Case study 3: Ranking first on a query, the winner of #Primialprimo

Post by arafatenzo »

Studying the SERPe by opening websites in the search results, I ask myself what users would have wanted if they had searched for "labor day" and if those results could really be satisfactory. I read some texts, I analyze the snippets, I use the kw tool of Adwords , I look at the related and suggestions in Google for that query, keeping myself frequently updated in Google News for the same focus keyword .

Based on updates, my intuitions about what users would like to find, as well as continuous analysis of new related topics , I wrote the articles you can read on the blog today.

Maybe because it wasn't a work project, maybe because I really wanted it to be a challenge, maybe also because I had very little time available and the period was very short, I never and I repeat never visited the other competing sites nor did I ever analyze their texts. Only briefly in the last week, now with the games practically over, I visited cambodia phone number the site of the one who was then awarded the winner, the first of the participants in the search results for the contest query (I'm convinced, they took inspiration from my article on the weather to write theirs :D).

I am satisfied with the result achieved because I have shown myself (and not only) that you should never stop training . Studying and constantly updating yourself in the medium-long term leads to concrete results and we should always take on challenges to measure ourselves and push ourselves to improve. Furthermore, real experience is worth as a case history and can provide important lessons and strategic ideas.

It was interesting to analyze the SERP that became more and more “dancing” as the May Day deadline approached. I could have done much better, but I did it all by myself in the few free moments, without however burning the weekends of relaxation and enjoying the many beautiful days that this winter and this spring have given us.”
