At first, my husband Alexey and I lived in Moscow and worked together in the office. At one point, we decided to change everything, left our employment and moved to Ryazan, opened the first eco-store in the city. A few years later, an employee brought a gift from Kuban — a bottle of raw-pressed butter. And then we realized that we wanted to press such butter ourselves! This was almost nine years ago.

Alexey began to study information about raw-pressed butter, found some guys near Irkutsk who made oak presses, and ordered one for 100,000 rubles. We squeezed out the first drop of oil on December 21, 2014, and then made oil at home for two years, experimenting with seeds and nuts.

Quick reaction. Non-standard situations require instant decisions, preferably.
