Displaying attributes

for you! We have added display of attributes to the mobile version of the RMO. Now it has become even more convenient!
Let us remind you that attributes are information that you can configure to be transmitted independently. At the moment, you can configure the installation of attributes for visitors from the chat channel on the website and mobile app (Visitor API). Using attributes, the operator can find out the user's phone number, name, request subject, source of the transition to the website and other useful information that will help to quickly navigate the solution to the problem.
But that's not all! If you need to copy an attribute, then simply hold down the required field, a short press performs an action, for example, if it is a phone number, email address or link.
We know that operators sometimes face a situation when, when exiting a dialog with an unfinished message, it is erased. And so you have to type everything again: remember the thought, formulate the text beautifully (oh, how annoying!).
But we have good news - now when you type a message in a mobile application, but for some reason do not send it to the client immediately, but exit the application or dialog, the text is saved! You no longer have to rewrite the message and waste extra time remembering how it was written earlier.
