Scoping & Empathic Research

Post by Arzina3225 »

Where to start?
In order to use thought leadership as an SEO strategy, you first need to take a step back. Back to the basis of your company's strategy. What is the vision? And how exactly do we carry it out at this moment? It will be necessary to translate that vision into your own vision for SEO.

Identifying the company's great strength around knowledge is the most important step. Perhaps your company has a lot of data from research. Or perhaps enormous insights into the behavior of customers in the market. A combination of behavior on obtaining new knowledge. Or do you have visionaries on board who shape the future of the market.

Whatever it is, this big force (seen from the perspective of the target group) is the basis for working towards thought leadership. Think big!

So thought leadership is closely related to SEO and content marketing – or actually comes from a combination of the two. If you look at the literal definition, it is about becoming an authority on a certain subject. And you do not become an authority by just using content marketing – it means that your knowledge and vision is carried and distributed through all channels.

How do you tackle complex and dynamic issues in the field of mobility? How do you ensure that commuting solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders? In this article, I would like to tell you how design thinking is positively changing the world of mobility.

Developments in the mobility sector are moving philippines mobile number list fast, very fast. For example, smart traffic lights can give priority to certain vehicles and apps can tell you which means of transport will get you to your destination the fastest. In essence, these smart mobility solutions make a positive contribution, but only if they are embraced by users and the environment.

A mobility issue involves a lot. For example, consider laying extra asphalt to achieve better traffic flow and accessibility. There are also many parties involved in such a plan, such as governments (ministries, the province, the municipality, the water board), road users, residents, developers, companies, etc. The design thinking methodology is an excellent approach to come up with solutions that add value for all parties involved. This does not focus on the technology, but on the needs of the users and the environment.

At their core, smart mobility solutions make a positive contribution, but only if they are embraced by users and the environment.

Earlier this year I published my first article on design thinking on Frankwatching: 'Design thinking, just do it! 5 concrete steps' . It's good to see that there is so much interest in the methodology in which complex issues are tackled in a different, refreshing way. In this article you can read all about the first two steps of the design thinking process, namely scoping and empathic research. I do this on the basis of a recent case: InnovA58, about the widening of the A58 near Oirschot.
