They receive remuneration depending on the results of their work - how many new deals are concluded, whether the number of partners and their total turnover has increased, etc. This initiative on digital attachés clearly states that these people will not receive remuneration from the products and supplier companies they promote. What is their motivation then? - the expert asks. - And calling the emergence of digital attachés a measure to support the Russian IT industry is even stranger. This initiative does not solve the problem of the outflow of IT specialists abroad and certainly will not stimulate their return to Russia. The Russian IT industry primarily needs stability and predictability. And there is none."
